Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. The shoes being returned must be in "like new" condition, meaning they cannot have been worn, only tried on. There should be no scratches or creases on the upper part or sole, and the shoes must not be dirty (it is recommended to try them on a clean surface, such as a carpet, to avoid soiling the soles). Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Damaged items will not be accepted. If the shoes are not accepted, the customer will be notified via email. The customer will then have the option to return the product at their own expense.

When we receive the returned product, its condition will be evaluated. If the product meets the "like new" condition, we will send a confirmation email and proceed with the refund. The customer will receive the refund using the payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 4 weeks to be visible in the customer's account.

Orders can be canceled before shipping. To cancel an order, you can either write to info@elenakolt.com or contact us directly from the website by clicking the "Start Return Process" button and filling out the form. If the product has not yet been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a full refund of the item.
