When a limited edition product is announced, we start offering our customers the opportunity to pre-order and purchase the product before it is available for sale. This way the product is pre-ordered and you are assured of having it after it is made available for purchase. The amount of products available for pre-order, however, is limited. This means that the stock may run out and we cannot guarantee that you will be in the first group of customers to receive a pre-ordered product.

In questo modo sei sicuro di ricevere il prodotto non appena sarà disponibile. Dearest, thank you for choosing an Elena Kolt creation. The item you purchased was entirely designed and handmade in Italy, with care and attention, by artisans who negarantate the highest quality. All leathers have been scrupulously selected, any imperfections, creases and color unevenness are therefore to be considered characteristics that attest to its uniqueness. Some leathers, may over time slightly change the appearance and / or transfer color.It is recommended to use the shoes with care and avoid contact of the same with products that could damage them. Greater attention should also be paid to models in which there is the presence of embroidery and lace.

Tutte le pelli utilizzate sono state selezionate con scrupolo: eventuali imperfezioni, pieghe o leggere irregolarità cromatiche devono pertanto essere considerate segni distintivi dell’unicità del prodotto.
Alcune tipologie di pelle, con il tempo, possono modificare leggermente l’aspetto o rilasciare colore.
Si raccomanda di utilizzare le calzature con cura ed evitare il contatto con sostanze che potrebbero danneggiarle.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the European Union and to Great Britain. Shipping is free for all orders.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. After that, the package will be handed over to a courier. The delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1-2 business days from shipping
European Union: 2-5 business days from shipping
Great Britain: 5-6 business days from shipping

These times are to be considered EXCLUDING ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS.
Please note that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Spedizione

Attualmente effettuiamo spedizioni esclusivamente all'interno dell’Unione Europea e verso la Gran Bretagna.
La spedizione è gratuita per tutti gli ordini.
Una volta confermato il pagamento, l’ordine verrà elaborato entro 1-3 giorni lavorativi. Successivamente, il pacco sarà affidato al corriere.
I tempi di consegna stimati, a partire dalla data di spedizione, sono i seguenti:

Italia: 1-2 giorni lavorativi
Unione Europea: 2-5 giorni lavorativi
Great Britain: 5-6 giorni lavorativi

Tali tempi sono da considerarsi esclusi eventuali ritardi doganali.
Si ricorda che le spedizioni al di fuori dell’Unione Europea possono essere soggette a dazi doganali o imposte di importazione, a carico del destinatario.
Nel caso in cui il pacco non venga sdoganato, verrà restituito al nostro magazzino.
